FAQs

What is ARK NINJA?

Ark is Colorado’s newest ninja and OCR gym located in Longmont, CO. We are a classed based ninja gym open to athletes of all levels- yes, even beginners. We believe that facing new challenges is essential for growth for all ages. We believe in community and competition. We are here to support you or your child’s athletic journey and strive to make every step of that journey an enjoyable one. Come join us and see what ARK is all about!

What type of shoes do I need?

Closed-toe shoes are required in the gym at all times. We recommend a rubber sole as the grip will help with all obstacles.

I’ve never done ninja before; what can I expect?

All of our Ninja Warrior Classes are more about technique, fun, and safety than it is about getting a workout.

You should be able to hang from a bar for at least 10 seconds before taking the Intro to Ninja Class. Beyond that, we work with all skill and strength levels and will ensure you are appropriately challenged. Just remember- you are not competing with anyone else in the class or the gym- our goal is to see you try something new and gain confidence in this unconventional sport.

You’re going to have fun, we promise.

What if I can’t make it to a class I registered for?

If you are going to miss a class, please give us a 48-hour minimum advance notice so we can rebook the class or issue a make-up class credit. We waive the 48-hour requirement in the event of illness or emergency, but you must let us know the morning of the class.

We do not issue a credit for a no-call, no-show.

Do you offer private events or group bookings?

Absolutely! We are happy to open the gym to groups of all sizes and types. From Girl Scouts to company outings and field trips, we welcome all types of outings and events. Please fill out this form and we will be in touch!

Do you require masks?

Masks are optional for everyone in the gym. We ask that you mask to your comfort level and of course, please stay home if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID. Our members have done a great job of not sharing their sickness and we ask that everyone keep up the great work.
