💪 Ark Ninja PRO Camp 💪

Take your ninja skills to the next level! Ark Ninja PRO Camp is for any ninja who wants to learn from the best — whether you’re just starting your ninja journey or looking to push your skills to new heights.

Throughout the week, campers will train with some of the top American Ninja Warrior athletes from across the country, with a different elite coach and skill focus each day. We can’t officially reveal who will be present yet, but if you know Ark Ninja, you know we never do anything halfway — we go BIG. This is a camp you will never regret and will remember for a lifetime.

Campers will focus on strength, technique, agility, and mental toughness, combining high-level obstacle challenges with skill-building, competitions, and fun.

PRO Camp Schedule:

⚡ Tuesday: Strength & Grip Mastery
Advanced obstacle drills, hanging and climbing challenges, and grip-focused exercises.

🧗 Wednesday: Speed, Agility & Precision
Timed courses, balance-focused obstacles, and skill challenges with pro tips.

🏹 Thursday: Flow, Combos & Obstacle Techniques
Learn ninja combos, smooth course flow, and movement efficiency from top coaches.

🔥 Friday: PRO Showdown & Celebration
Mega obstacle course challenges, competitions, and awards recognizing progress, improvement, and outstanding effort.
